Music lovers in this part of the world know her as Kay Jay the singer, and that’s because she was very active in the local music scene, performing with the band Dreamteam, 20th Century, and Cardinal’s Outburst.
When she migrated, and settled down in Switzerland, she continued her singing, and, while keeping music lovers entertained, Kay Jay also showed an interest in cosmetics.
Her love for cosmetics grew and today she has her own manufacturing company – Kay Jay Cosmetic International.
What’s more, Kay Jay Cosmetic International will be participating in an event, Expo Beauty 2026, to be held in Zurich, on 5th November.
Says Kay Jay: “I’m getting ready for the big event on the 5th of November, in Zurich, and I’m all excited.”
On display will be her handcrafted premium skincare collection, exclusive skincare products, plus personal skincare advice, professional skin analysis, and special exhibition offers.
The scene, in Zurich, will include other big brand name cosmetic companies in Switzerland.
Kay Jay was in Sri Lanka, early this year, with her partner Sanjaya Alles, on vacation.
She hasn’t giving up singing, she says, but with her work connected with her cosmetic company, singing has been sidelined for the moment.
