A man cleaning a house at Kaddaikadu, in Vadamaratchy east, on Sunday, accidentally found an LTTE suicide vest.
Police collected the explosives filled vest after the person who found it alerted them. The LTTE widely used suicide vests to carry out attacks on high-profile targets.
