Troopers clear Texas House as bill to ban gender-affirming care for minors disrupted

State troopers removed hundreds of protesters from the gallery of Texas House as groups from both sides of Senate Bill 14 unfurled banners and chanted slogans to disrupt the debate. The bill was sent back to committee after being blocked on a point of order.
