End-of-life carer Hadley Vlahos has written a book detailing the advice given to her by patients close to death. Among the words of wisdom are 'you can't take it with you when you go', 'stop waiting for that perfect time, start now', 'spend less time at work' and 'tell others how much they mean to you'.
