Ed Sheeran took the witness stand on Tuesday to deny allegations that his hit song Thinking Out Loud ripped of Marvin Gaye's Let's Get It On. He was called to testify by the heirs of Ed Townsend, who co-wrote the 1973 soul classic with Marvin Gaye.
