KANDY –The body of a Danish woman who was hiking alone at Alagalla Mountain, near Kadugannawa, was found by the police, on Friday.The Danish woman, 32, left a tourist hostel near Ampitiya on Monday (10), saying she would return in three or four days.
The hotel owners lodged a complaint with the Kandy police when she did not return.A search operation led to the recovery of the body at AlagallaKadugannawa police are conducting further investigations.
