The gunman whose eight victims at the shopping mall massacre in Allen, Texas, included young children has been named as Mauricio Garcia, 33. He is reported to be a security guard who lived in a motel, and it is claimed he had a patch on his uniform that is an acronym for 'Right Wing Death Squads'.
